Technical Support - General Posting

Role:

Responsible for supporting and maintaining Document Management, Imaging and Workflow systems either on-site or remotely; work with Technical Consultants to develop, enhance and troubleshoot software systems throughout the organization.

Experience:

One year or more experience in first, second or third level technical support; ability to professionally manage timeline and deliverable expectations and liaise with clients; experience in communicating with end users as well as project managers; system testing as required; excellent verbal and written communication skills (including end user documentation); experience with Electronic Document Management Systems is a definite asset.
