DocVue Bridge

DocVue Bridge is a module that reduces the time and cost of data entry and improves the accessibility of documents by synchronizing DocVue index fields with mission-critical application databases. Based on minimal information entered into DocVue, the Bridge populates additional index fields from operational databases and keeps the databases synchronized as changes are made in the operational databases. DocVue users can query on a richer set of index fields and be confident that their searches are based on the most current information available.

DocVue Bridge Key Features:
  • Access to any Data Source - The DocVue Bridge pulls information from any ODBC or JDBC compliant data source.
  • Flexible Scheduling - The Bridge process can synchronize data based on the application need. It can be scheduled to run in off hours or in near real-time.
  • Reliable Updating - The Bridge can be configured to continue to retry updating DocVue until it is successful.
  • Backfile Processing - The Bridge can be configured to update large numbers of documents that have been published into DocVue from a Backfile conversion.
